DSM Arizona Acquires New SMT Line | Dynamic Source Manufacturing
Dynamic Source Manufacturing recently expanded manufacturing capabilities in Tempe, Arizona by adding a third surface mount assembly line (SMT) to our facility.
The new line gives our Arizona facility increased SMT capacity and increased quality, aligned with ASM placement equipment. The products we have transferred to the new line have run in less than one-third of the typical time on our Mydata lines. As we continue to transfer products over to the new line, we are looking forward to utilizing the best practices developed in our Calgary, Canada manufacturing facility, using Set-up Center and the suite of Siplace Productivity Tools.
Our SMT Line 3 comprises:
- EKRA Serio 4000 Screen Printer with Auto pin placement
- ASM E By Siplace Single Gantry Collect and Place Head CPP12
- ASM E By Siplace Single Gantry CPP12PP All in One Head
- Heller 1809 Mk 5 Reflow Oven
- Interconnected with Vanstron Conveyors
