Do you use advanced and modern equipment?

DSM uses state of the art surface mount placement equipment augmented with advanced inspection technologies (Solder Paste Inspection, 3D Automated Optical Inspection, 3D X-Ray, and Functional Test). Our secondary soldering operations include manual, automated Selective Soldering for complex assemblies and / or Wave Solder for volume applications. Our Manufacturing Execution System is utilized to ensure production flow monitoring and control.

Can you meet our requirements for volume, delivery, and lead times?

Leveraging Industry 4.0, automation, lean philosophies, and customer dedicated cross-departmental teams, we can tailor our supply chain & manufacturing strategies to align with our customers requirements.

Can you protect our intellectual property?

DSM has the necessary controls in place as per NIST-800-171 & CMMC industry standards.

What are your RFQ (Request for Quote) requirements?

In order to begin the quoting process, we require the following items: a Bill of Materials, assembly information, circuit board information, build quantity and delivery requirements, test requirements, and workmanship standards.

What is your capacity?

Our customer builds range from 50 to 15,000 units per month depending on complexity. Our capacity is flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate customer variations.

Can you handle the complexity of our order?

Our systems allow us to produce high part number (300+ items) and high placement count (5000+ placement) assemblies including multi-level Bills of Material.

What kinds of products have you built?

We build high complexity products for various industries including: Global Positioning Systems, After-Market High Performance Automotive components, Down-Hole Oil and Gas Instruments, Security and Defense, High-End Home Theatre, Telecom Equipment and Radio Telescope Equipment.

Do you have formal TDN/ECN/ECO process to manage changes to our project/products?

DSM follows our defined ISO 9001 Quality Management System procedure to handle Temporary Deviations, Engineering Change Orders, and other Customer Requirements to ensure any product changes are documented and correctly implemented.

What are your customer service practices?

During our customer on-boarding process, we assign a dedicated Program Manager who acts internally on our customer’s behalf to ensure all requirements & inquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. We are an extension of your engineering, supply, chain, & manufacturing departments.

Can you deliver straight to my end customer?
