With the expansion of our operations and ramp-up of new recruits at both DSM locations, the end of fiscal year 2023 marked not only our 23rd company anniversary, but also growth.
With our recent installation of new SMT lines, procured within a matter of months to meet the demands of our expanding customers promptly, we have seen a 25% increase in operations at our Calgary facility, and a 30% increase at our Arizona facility. From our inception, DSM has been committed to our customers’ success and investing in cutting-edge technologies to manage our customers’ entire production cycle, offering them the peace of mind they deserve. We honor the trust our customers have placed in us.
We are also thrilled to share that we have seen a 30% increase in our staff this past year. Our ramp-up brought along talented individuals whose skills, expertise, and dedication are already significantly making an impact to achieve our mission. Along with continued training such as IPC standards and professional development courses, our team has stayed at the forefront of industry knowledge, ensuring we maintain our position as a leader in electronics manufacturing.
