DSM’S Year-End Celebration: Focusing on Relationships

Our Calgary team recently celebrated its fiscal year-end, bringing everyone together at our manufacturing facility to commemorate this year’s highlights and successes. We are excited that on top of hitting our targets, DSM is expanding to include new industry partners in various sectors such as audio entertainment and smart athletics equipment.

Last month, eleven star employees celebrated their 5th, 10th, 12th, and 19th year as part of the DSM team! Four were given Service Awards for milestone work anniversaries that we were honored to loudly and proudly acknowledge in the presence of all staff. Over the years, it is amazing to see these individuals grow, show leadership, master their skills, support colleagues, and be genuinely engaged.

Our team’s dedication and enthusiasm make all the difference in evolving with our goals and vision at DSM, helping to not only make a positive impact on our customer service model but also strengthen our work culture and atmosphere.
