THE OPPORTUNITY:

  • The position is to support our sales team administrative tasks and provide a high level of accuracy by processing, controlling, modifying, storing documentation and critical records related to customer and internal corporate data.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Process customer purchase orders into the company ERP system
  • Generate & distribute production job orders/travelers
  • Manage customer and company engineering change orders (ECOs), temporary deviation notices (TDN) and bill of material (BOM) revisions
  • Analyze, compare and prepare variance reports for customer ECO, TDN, & BOM submissions
  • Maintain and control released Engineering, Quality, & Manufacturing documentation to include but not limited to: Engineering drawings, schematics, Gerber files, Firmware, Work Instructions, Test Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Corporate forms
  • Assume functional ownership of the corporate documentation database(s)
  • Responsible for the Item Master creation and revision in the company ERP & inventory management systems
  • Comply and participate in the continuous improvement of the Company’s Safety, Quality, & Lean initiatives
  • Any other related responsibilities not detailed here but that could be reasonably expected

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary education (Records Management) or equivalent
  • Minimum five (5) years records management experience in a Manufacturing environment
