We recently expanded our operations into Arizona. To help facilitate this expansion, we are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) responsible for targeting and capturing new business opportunities. We are looking for a results focused; accountable professional that can effectively be the first point of contact for all new business. They will be able to support DSM’s overall growth strategies by developing effective business relationships and researching new market possibilities.


  • Expansion of client base through proactive utilization of relationships, contacts, and lead investigations
  • Generation of new sales leads and opportunities through efficient relationship management
  • Maintenance of reliable sources of information in areas of new opportunities
  • Preparation and presentation of sales proposals
  • Development and execution of sales strategies
  • Timely data collection, tracking, profiling of prospective customers
  • Educating clients on various DSM services and business solutions


  • Customer centric – responding to and meeting customer needs in a timely fashion and seeking continuous feedback from clients to improve services
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Technology or a related discipline or equivalent
  • 5+ years related experience within a fast paced, sales driven, electronics environment
  • Excellent verbal, listening and written skills – communicative with clients/internal members and able to present information in one-on-one or group situations
  • Ability to work autonomously in developing and pursuing business opportunities
  • Average computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to navigate a computer and web browser
  • Valid, clean Driver’s License
